Technical support and maintenance plans

At BiggerImpact.tech, we offer robust plans that take the burden of web management off your shoulders.

wordpress-maintenance-supportWordPress is, by far, the best and easiest web publishing tool available today. You can update your content, add images and post blog entries in just a matter of seconds, and it doesn’t take a whole lot of technical knowledge or expertise to do it.

But, just because WordPress makes web management easy doesn’t mean you want to do it – nor have the time to do it!

Let’s face it: Do you enjoy backing up your site, cleaning up and optimizing your database or updating the WordPress software and plugins every time a new version comes up? Probably not.

If you are one of the many WordPress site owners who just doesn’t have the time or interest in doing the necessary web maintenance tasks, then you’ve come to the right place.

At BiggerImpact.tech, we offer robust WordPress maintenance plans that take the burden of web management off your shoulders. We’ll take care of the technical details, like backing up your data, updating your software and even quality control testing. Through this, you always have the peace of mind that your site is secure, functional and up to date.

Our maintenance packages include:

Software Updates

New versions of WordPress are released all the time, designed to fix security problems, increase efficiency, and add new and improved features. Unfortunately, as these often happen multiple times a month, it can be very time-consuming to keep your site up to date. At BiggerImpact.tech, we can do this for you. We’ll monitor WordPress for updates, and we’ll upgrade your site’s WordPress installation whenever a new one becomes available.

Website Backup

You never want to be caught without a recent back-up. You could lose content, images or even customer data, and you’d have to do (and pay for) all that work all over again. At BiggerImpact.tech, we can create regular, full back-ups of your site, just in case something goes wrong. These back-ups also help if you’re making upgrades or design changes, and you decide you want to revert back to a previous version of your site.

Plugin Upgrades

Like WordPress itself, WordPress plug-ins are also constantly getting upgrades. These typically add functionality or ensure compatibility with new WordPress versions. Our team can make sure your plug-ins are up to date at all times, and we’ll install the newer versions when they become available.

All in all, you’ll get:

  • Hosting on our Flywheel account
  • Ongoing uptime and performance monitoring
  • Ongoing website maintenance
  • Nightly website back-ups
  • Hacker free security
  • SSL certificate
  • Forms spam protection
  • Website restoration, in the event something goes wrong
  • Monthly traffic analysis report
  • 30 minutes of technical support each month
